Privacy Policy

The short version

Your retirement numbers are yours. The free calculator runs in your browser. If you buy a paid report, the inputs needed to prepare that report are sent to our server so we can email your PDF and keep your purchase usable later. Inputs may also be saved in your own browser's local storage so you don't have to retype them — clear your browser data to remove them locally.

Who operates the service

FERS Report is operated by MyVIP Tickets LLC. Payment pages and receipts may display MYVIP TICKETS LLC. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to support@fersreport.com.

What we do collect

• Payments and paid reports. Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation that a payment occurred (amount, a session identifier, and the email you give Stripe for your receipt). For paid reports, we receive the calculator inputs needed to generate and email your PDF report. We never see your card number.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 for page analytics and conversion measurement (page views, referrers, approximate region, and checkout events). No calculator inputs are ever sent to analytics.
• Email. If you email support, we keep the correspondence to help you.

What we never collect

Your SSN, agency login, employee ID, or card number. We only collect calculator inputs when you choose to buy a paid report.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to remember calculator inputs and an opaque paid-access credential. The server verifies that credential before allowing a paid PDF to be emailed or downloaded. Use “Forget this device” in the paid-report panel, or clear the site's browser data, to remove the credential locally. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout under its privacy policy.

Retention

Paid-report inputs are encrypted in local server storage. Calculator inputs attached to an unpaid checkout are removed after 24 hours. For a paid report, locally stored report inputs, email, and access credentials are removed after 180 days; the access link also expires then. Stripe may retain payment records under its own policy and legal obligations. We may keep a limited transaction record without the retirement inputs for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal compliance. You can request earlier deletion at support@fersreport.com.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. Service providers we rely on include Stripe (payments), Resend (purchase emails), and our website host. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.

Your choices

Clear your browser's site data to delete stored inputs and unlock state from that browser. For paid-report data, refunds, or deletion requests, contact support@fersreport.com.
