Refund Policy

30-day full refund

Reports are one-time purchases operated and sold by MyVIP Tickets LLC under the FERS Report name. They are delivered by email as PDF attachments, with an access link that remains usable for 180 days. If a report doesn't make your decision clearer, email support@fersreport.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A full refund ends paid report access.

How to request it

Reply to your purchase email or email support@fersreport.com from the address you used at checkout. Include the order email or Stripe receipt if you have it.

What happens next

We review the request and refund eligible purchases back through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls the final posting time after the refund is issued.
